Andrea established AdviCorp in 1997 and as the managing director of the firm, he leads its corporate finance and M & A advisory activities. From 1988 to 1997, he was the Executive Director at SBC Warburg in London taking responsibility for investment banking between Italy and Israel while serving as a member on the Board of Directors at SBC Warburg Italia SIM S.P.A. During that time, he advised numerous high-profile and innovative transactions, including Italy’s first securitisation.

He previously worked in corporate finance at the Chemical Bank International in London and the Banca Nazionale dell’Agricoltura in Rome. He is a co-founder of Italian Angels for Growth (IAG), the leading Italian business angels' group and he sits on its board of directors. Andrea holds degrees in Economics and Political Science from Yale
University and speaks Italian, English, and French fluently, in addition to his working knowledge of Spanish and German.
