Jamie is the founder and Executive Chairman of Transocean Group Pty Ltd. and Transocean Securities Pty Ltd., an Australian Financial Securities Licensee. He’s a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and has over 30 years experience in advising emerging companies. His core expertise is in corporate strategy, structuring, capital raising, and commercial negotiations. He advises companies across a number of industry sectors, demonstrating a proven ability to assist companies and execute their business and corporate plans. In addition to his role with Transocean, he is also the Chairman of Compass Gold Corporation and a Director of Actus Minerals Corporation (TSX) and Oklo Resources Ltd (ASX).
