Before pivoting into the private sector, Liu served in the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China from 1993-2004. With his deep understanding of operations within the Chinese government, Liu has found incredible success in the financial, real estate, and biotech fields. From 2005-2014, he served at China’s Senior Accountant Training Centre and General Manager for Beijing Yin Qi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and as Chairman and General Manager Huaxin Training and Development Centre General Manager. Beyond TouchStone, he currently serves as CEO to Zhongcai International Accounting Training Centre Co., Ltd., Chairman to Zhong caishenghua Biological Technology Co., Ltd., and Chairman to Taigu International Group for Beijing Jing liang Investment Co., Ltd.
