Now, he's Chairman of the Board at both TouchStone Group Holdings and Henry Capital & Asset Management Limited,providing specialized professional advice on acquisitions and restructuring of local enterprises, pre-IPO, and IPO transactions for AIM market. Over the past 10 years, Kenny has led the team and spawned the creation of an insurance wrap for various financial products which have assisted in the expansion of business and construction-related enterprises between Chinese and international companies.
